This role serves as a primary contact for customers opening accounts, answering questions, and helping with their banking needs. In addition to CSR responsibilities, this position will also provide backup teller support as needed, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and helping customers in different ways. What You'll Do Open and maintain deposit accounts Assist customers with account questions and service requests Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments when serving as teller backup Recommend products and services that fit customers' needs Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Support daily branch operations while following bank policies and procedures What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills A positive attitude and ability to build relationships with customers Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and the ability to learn banking systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous banking, cash-handling, retail, or customer service experience is preferred Why ANB?
