Responsibilities • Operate industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines, to process large volumes of laundry with precision and safety. • Sort laundry items by type, color, and fabric to prevent damage and ensure optimal cleaning results. • Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and ensure items are properly cleaned and repaired if necessary. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with health and safety standards. • Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines. • Report any equipment malfunctions or concerns to the maintenance team promptly to minimize downtime. • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures.
