In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and guide them through the purchase process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will represent our diverse inventory of Subaru vehicles and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities • Identify and engage prospective customers through various marketing and outreach efforts. • Provide detailed product information and demonstrate vehicle features to customers. • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best fit their needs and preferences. • Negotiate sales pricing and terms in alignment with dealership policies. • Collaborate with finance and service departments to facilitate smooth sales transactions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. • Stay up-to-date on Subaru vehicle specifications, promotions, and incentives. Requirements • Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or related retail sales. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
