We are a family owned and operated dealership and we take care of our technicians! We have hourly and flat rate pay plans available. Our Flat rate Techs can make up to $50 per hour plus bonus with unlimited potential. Some of our benefits include: Responsibilities • Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding repair needs and timelines • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used • Stay current with technical training and industry developments Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred • Experience as a vehicle service technician or mechanic • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits • Sign-on bonus available • Relocation bonus offered to qualified technicians.
