Job Title: Lexus Service Experience Coordinator Position Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our Lexus service team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling service appointments, and delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the Lexus brand.
