Qualifications • Previous automotive repair experience preferred but not required for entry-level positions. • Ford certification is a plus but not required. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Own basic hand tools (advanced technicians should have a complete tool set). • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
