The Customer Care Specialist generates and qualifies leads via phone and email, schedules sales appointments, and maintains CRM records while delivering strong customer service to support conversion and retention. Find more about the Wheeler Family Auto Group here Customer Care Specialist Responsibilities • Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to generate leads. • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interests in products or services. • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested clients. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates. • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Customer Care Specialist Qualifications • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to sit for a long period of time • Strong Computer Skills • Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred • Serves as telephone back-up. • Answers product and service information. • Maintains professional appearance. • At least 18 years of age • Other tasks as assigned.
