The right candidate will be ambitious, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customers’ needs. Essential Functions and Requirements: • Transaction Handling: Process financial transactions, including cash, check, or credit card payments from patrons in exchange for services. • Multi-tasking: Efficiently manage credit card processes and cash drawers. • Communication: Answer and monitor incoming and outgoing calls. • Documentation: Complete repair orders and interact directly with the public. • Customer Assistance: Help customers locate their vehicles and relay information to Service Advisors. • Valid Driver’s License: Maintain a valid driver’s license. • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills. • Customer Relations: Foster good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
