Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair commercial trucks and box trucks. • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including engines, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems. • Perform preventive maintenance and vehicle inspections. • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. • Perform brake, clutch, steering, suspension, and fifth-wheel repairs. • Document repairs and inspections accurately. • Assist with training and mentoring other technicians. • Work with management to support shop operations and productivity. Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience working on light-, medium-, or heavy-duty trucks. • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical repair skills. • Isuzu and Hino experience preferred. • Experience with brake repairs, fifth wheels, and box truck electrical systems preferred. • OEM diagnostic software experience is a plus. • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred. • High school diploma/GED required; ASE certifications are a plus. • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs. • Must pass pre-employment and random DOT drug screenings.
