As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you'll help customers maintain their vehicles by identifying service needs, recommending appropriate maintenance, and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. What You'll Do • Greet customers professionally and provide a welcoming service experience • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests. • Review vehicle maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services. • Explain recommended services, estimated costs, and obtain customer authorization. • Monitor service progress and keep customers informed. • Build customer relationships through honest recommendations, effective communication, and dependable follow-through. • Work closely with technicians and team members to maintain an efficient service operation.
