POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be responsible for monitoring, contacting, and following up with potential and existing customers through phone, internet leads, email, and dealership visits. Responsibilities include: • Following up and maintaining relationships with former customers • Monitoring and contacting internet leads • Determining customer vehicle needs through active listening • Following established call and email scripts • Setting, confirming, and following up on sales and service appointments • Conducting customer surveys and follow-up calls • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience • Performing other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people.
