This is a PART TIME opportunity to join our team, with evening hours between 2:00pm-8:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) 2:00-6:00 PM (Friday) 8:00-5:00 PM (Every other Saturday). This position will serve the Sales, Parts, Service and Body Shop Departments and must be able to work independently. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operate switchboard telephone system • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires • Scanning of documents from the various departments • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees • Update spreadsheets as needed • Document License Plate and fuel transactions • Assist with making sales folders • Assist Controller with any misc office duties REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent communication skills • Experience using Microsoft Office suite • Organized and able to follow directions • Cash Handling Experience • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
