Green Acres Lawn Care, a family-owned business celebrating 20 years of service, is looking for an Aeration / Overseeding Technician to help us keep thousands of clients across the area with healthy, lush lawns. What You’ll Do: • Operate aeration and overseeding equipment on residential and commercial properties. • Prepare lawns by aerating soil to improve water and nutrient absorption. • Overseed to help lawns grow thicker and greener. • Identify lawn areas needing attention and deliver recommended solutions. • Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections. • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, following safety procedures and using PPE. Ideal Candidate: • Experience with lawn aeration and overseeding is a plus. • Having mowing or ride-on equipment experience is a big advantage — if you enjoy working with mowers, you'll love the work involved in aeration! • Knowledge of lawn health and turf management an advantage. • Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual. • Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment and working on uneven terrain. • Self-motivated and a team player. • Enjoy working outside in all seasons.
