Benefits • Health, Medical and Dental • 401K Plan options • PTO and SICK Leave • Growth opportunities • Flexible Work Schedule • Competitive Pay Responsibilities • Move, arrange, and display vehicles on the sales lot according to dealership standards • Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times • Wash, vacuum, and perform light detailing on vehicles as needed • Retrieve and deliver vehicles to customers, service, and other departments as directed • Assist sales associates with vehicle demonstrations and test drives • Ensure all vehicles have proper pricing, window stickers, and accessories displayed • Perform routine checks on lot vehicles, including tire pressure and cleanliness • Maintain dealership common areas and entrance in a neat and professional appearance • Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to management immediately • Assist in receiving and processing trade-in and new inventory vehicles Qualifications • Previous automotive or customer service experience a plus • Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance • Team player with the ability to follow direction • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer FAH LLC is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
