Core Responsibilities Customer Experience: Greet customers promptly and professionally, acting as a trusted consultant to explain repair processes and vehicle needs. Service Sales: Drive department growth by effectively selling technician time and maintenance services to meet or exceed sales forecasts. Workflow Management: Prioritize required services and provide customers with clear options, transparent pricing, and accurate completion timelines. Communication: Maintain proactive contact with customers regarding service expenses, potential changes in repair status, and Service Back-Order (B/O) updates. Logistics & Tracking: Utilize internal systems to manage Fixed Operations Tracking, Menu Pricing, and the Rental Car Fleet to ensure a seamless service experience. Product Expertise: Maintain a strong working knowledge of vehicle characteristics and operational features to answer customer inquiries confidently.
