Job Details: Job Location: 08KFR - Kia Fredericksburg - Fredericksburg, VA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Safford KIA of Fredericksburg, part of Safford Auto Group, is seeking a dedicated Part-time Cashier/Receptionist to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. The days and hours are as follows: Part-Time Position: Every weekend roughly 16 hours/weekly (Saturdays 8am-6pm & Sundays 11am-5pm) with open availability for possible additional hours when needed during the week. Some holidays required. Salary: $14-$15 HR Responsibilities: Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner. Use the paging system to page departments and Individuals. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the number of time customers spend on hold. Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket. Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution. Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed. Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees. Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
