Qualifications: Required Skills:  Ability to work independently and make decisions  Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, staff and partnering companies  Ability to organize, perform and prioritize multiple functions and tasks  Ability to organize, attend and participate in staff development, training, and wellness programs  Strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to new healthcare technology systems. Minimum Education- Associates Degree or; one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Licenses [Kentucky, United States] RN or LPN  Registered Nurse with a current KY license or valid compact state license OR  LPN with a current KY license or valid compact state license  BLS certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
