Primary Responsibilities • Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately • Replace oil filters, air filters, cabin filters, and other basic maintenance components • Check and replenish fluids including coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, and transmission fluid when applicable • Perform tire rotations and basic tire maintenance services • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs • Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, wiper blades, and other basic vehicle systems • Assist service technicians with shop operations and vehicle preparation when needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service guidelines • Communicate maintenance findings with service advisors and team members What We’re Looking For Qualifications • Strong desire to build a career in the automotive industry • Previous automotive, mechanical, or maintenance experience is a plus but not required • Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience preferred • Willingness to learn and grow through on-the-job training • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Basic computer skills preferred • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Build More Than a Job — Build a Career At Marianna Chevrolet GMC, many of our top technicians started in entry-level service roles and worked their way up through training and experience.
