The cook is responsible for the operation of the food service including meal preparation, serving, dishwashing, and kitchen and dining operations. Assuring menus accommodate residential allergies, special health requirements, etc. • Provide meals for residents working/attending school outside of the house • Assist residents with food preparation and work therapy in the kitchen and dining areas • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen including dishwashing, kitchen and dining operations • All other duties as assigned Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time, dayshift hours, including some weekends/rotations.
