As a Lincoln Service Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to providing white-glove service, maintaining OEM standards, and driving operational excellence. What You’ll Do • Lead and develop the Ford/Lincoln service team, including advisors, technicians, and support staff. • Ensure premium customer experiences through personalized service and proactive communication. • Oversee daily operations, workflow, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability. • Maintain compliance with Ford and Lincoln OEM standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations. • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to achieve department goals. • Collaborate with parts and sales teams to ensure seamless customer service. • Drive continuous improvement in processes, training, and customer satisfaction.
