We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can build relationships, communicate effectively, and help customers confidently navigate their vehicle’s service and repair needs. What We Offer • $42,000–$145,000 annual earning potential • High-volume dealership environment • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account • 401(k) with company match • Company-paid life insurance • Voluntary life and disability insurance • Paid vacation and holidays • Volunteer Time Off • Employee Assistance Program • Health club reimbursement • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service • Ongoing learning and development • Opportunities for advancement within Apple Autos • Professional, team-oriented work environment • Top Minnesota Workplace What You’ll Do • Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process • Listen to customer concerns and identify vehicle maintenance and repair needs • Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services • Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, costs, and timelines • Communicate technician findings and recommendations clearly to customers • Keep customers updated on repair status and potential delays • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up • Coordinate with technicians, parts, and other service department team members • Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records in the dealership DMS • Address customer questions and concerns professionally • Help deliver an efficient and exceptional service experience from write-up through vehicle delivery What We’re Looking For • Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or dealership service experience preferred • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Stellantis experience is a plus, but not required • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to explain automotive repairs and recommendations clearly • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department • Strong organization and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously • Basic computer and dealership software proficiency • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Why Apple Autos?
