HONDA CARLAND Pay and Bonus Schedule Mini Pay: $350 Unit Bonus – New Cars sold and finalized in accounting within the same calendar month pay as follows: • New units 1 thru 11 pay $350 per unit. • New unit 12 pays an additional $100 per unit back to unit 1 for a total of $450 per up to unit 14. • Upon the sale of unit 15 and beyond all sales will pay $500 total per unit. Therefore, the total pay per sale will be $500 per unit back to unit 1. • Example 15 new pays $7500 Unit Bonus - Used Cars - Used Cars sold and finalized in accounting within the same calendar month pay as follows: • Used units 1 thru 4 pay $350 per unit. • Used unit 5 pays an additional $100 per unit back to unit 1 for a total of $450 per up to unit 7. • Upon the sale of unit 8 and beyond all sales will pay $550 total per unit. Therefore, the total pay per sale will be $550 per unit back to unit 1. • Example 8 used pays $4400 CSI Bonus Must have at least five surveys to qualify for $50 per survey and must be at or above district score IF YOU ARE BELOW DISTRICT AND/OR FAIL TO HAVE 50% OF COMPELETD SURVEYS THEN YOU WILL BE FINED $1000 FOR THAT CALENDAR MONTH, BUT YOU WILL NEVER MAKE LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE Hattrick Bonus: Sell and deliver 3 units in one day and receive $300. No gifting of units will be allowed between sales people and will be considered an offense you can be terminated for. Salesperson of the Month Bonus – To qualify for the below, you must have sold and delivered 15 total units AND be at or above district for CSI.
