Key Responsibilities: • Inspection & Diagnosis: Evaluate used vehicles to identify necessary repairs, safety issues, and cosmetic improvements. • Mechanical Repair: Perform maintenance and repairs, including engine diagnostics, brake work, and suspension adjustments. • Cosmetic Reconditioning: Detail vehicles, including exterior polishing, waxing, interior deep cleaning, and minor touch-ups. • Documentation & Workflow: Document all completed services, update repair orders, and coordinate with sales or service teams. • Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all safety policies. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of vehicle reconditioning processes and timelines • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Working knowledge of reconditioning • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Why Join Us?
