Description of the role The role of a Psych Tech/Recovery Advocate Level 1 and 2 - Overnight Shift at Santa Maria Hostel involves providing support and care to individuals seeking recovery from addiction and mental health issues. You will be responsible for assisting clients in their recovery journey and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. No smoking workplace. Available shifts: 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am. Responsibilities • Provide direct support and assistance to clients in their recovery process • Monitor and document client progress and behavior • Facilitate group therapy sessions • Assist in crisis intervention when necessary Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience working in a behavioral health setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work overnight shifts Benefits Compensation: $14 - $18 per hour Location: Houston, Texas About the Company Santa Maria Hostel is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing recovery services to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health challenges.
