Powersports Lot Technician Redline Powersports Commonwealth – Prince George, VA Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Team Redline Powersports Commonwealth is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Lot Technician to help keep our inventory, showroom, service areas, and dealership grounds organized and ready for business. If you enjoy working around motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, Slingshots, and personal watercraft, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced powersports dealership and build a career with Redline Powersports Group. Responsibilities • Move and stage motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Slingshots, personal watercraft, and other inventory throughout the dealership • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the showroom, lot, and service areas • Assist with unloading and receiving new inventory shipments • Wash, detail, and prepare units for the sales floor and customer delivery • Fuel, charge, and prepare vehicles as needed • Assist the sales, service, and parts departments with moving and staging units • Organize inventory displays and make sure units are properly tagged and positioned • Perform daily lot inspections and report any damage or maintenance concerns • Help maintain dealership grounds, including trash removal, sweeping, and general upkeep • Assist with customer pick-up and delivery of units when needed • Support dealership events, promotions, and special projects • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to safely operate motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles, or willingness to learn • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Dependable with a strong work ethic • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed • Able to work effectively as part of a team • Previous dealership, automotive, marine, or powersports experience is a plus, but not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship What We Offer • Competitive pay • Full-time, stable employment • Paid vacation and holidays • Health, dental, and vision insurance options • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, accessories, and apparel • Paid training • Career advancement opportunities within Redline Powersports Group • Fast-paced, team-focused work environment Why Redline Powersports?
