The Automotive Biller is responsible for accurately documenting all title, registration, and vehicle owner information, as well as billing out new and used car deals. The role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, as well as the ability to maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory. The position also involves inventorying new and used vehicles. You must be able to answer multiple phone lines and provide basic company information. Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, organize documents At times monitor front desk, collect payment and close out invoices for service,parts and body shop.
