We have a Rental Associate and Customer Representative position available! The available shift is Monday through Friday -7:00am-3:00pm What You’ll Do: • Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane • Schedule service appointments efficiently • Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) • Manage the loaner fleet –Make sure that loaners are clean, prepped, and generate loaner vehicle agreements for customers • Handle after sale, due in deal items for customers • Deliver outstanding customer service all day What We’re Looking For: • Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
