Job duties included and not limited to: Providing person centered companionship Preparing meals and cleaning Perform all necessary personal care, hygiene, physical support, and daily living needs. Plan and participate activities in the community Ensure daily tasks to provide a safe and heathy home Possibly nursing delegations (not in all homes) Qualifications:  Must be 18 years old  Must be able to pass federal background check  Must be able to safely lift up to 45 pounds Valid Oregon’s Driver’s License *If you do not have a valid Driver’s License we have NOC shifts available.
