Provide friendly and courteous customer service. 2. Exchange customers currency for checks (chips) and deposit paper currency in the proper container (drop box). 3. Ensure the security of all gaming chips. 4. Notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularities or disputes. 5. Assist players in playing to established rules, policies and procedures. 6. Maintain a constant vigilance of cards, ensuring the security of the game at all times. 7. Ensure wagers are placed before the cards are dealt. 8. Keep assigned areas clean. 9. Professional appearance (well groomed) 10. Perform other duties and projects as required by management. 11. Adhere to all approved policies and procedures. 12. Knowledge of the application and completion of SAR (suspicious activity report). 13. Policies and Procedures for Table Games Department. 14.
