This role helps maintain productivity, accuracy, and timely vehicle repairs while delivering excellent customer service.   Key Responsibilities: Monitor the status of vehicles in the service department and update repair progress as needed Communicate with service advisors regarding job status, delays, and completion times Prepare, organize, and track repair orders and related documentation Help ensure parts availability and coordinate with the parts department when necessary Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system (DMS) Support workflow efficiency to maximize technician productivity and minimize vehicle downtime Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned by management. Regular attendance and timeliness is essential. Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company. Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work.
