Job Details: Job Location: (P) - NUWCDIVNPT, Rhode Island - Newport, RI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Title: Video Teleconference Technician Location: Newport, RI Clearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Operates and supports video teleconferencing for classified and unclassified sessions, providing setup, operation, and troubleshooting of VTC systems and DVS-G facilities.   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide operational support for VTC studios, roll-about, desktop, and portable systems  Set up VTC communications for ISDN, IP, DISA networks, and commercial interconnects  Troubleshoot VTC systems and maintain conference documentation and logs  Support classified and unclassified VTC meetings, including after-hours sessions  Qualifications: Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.  VTC operation and troubleshooting skills  Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
