Job Details: Job Location: (P) - NUWCDIVNPT, Rhode Island - Newport, RI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Title: Media Specialist I Location: Newport, RI Clearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Provides Media Center and audiovisual support, operating and maintaining VTC studios, conference rooms, and DVS-G facilities for classified and unclassified events.   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Operate and maintain Media Center facilities, MCU, and VTC systems  Provide staged audio and visual services for command events  Perform daily operational verification testing of Media Center systems  Support setup of VTC communications over ISDN, IP, and DISA networks  Qualifications: Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.  Audiovisual and VTC operations skills  Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
