Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers for day and overnight shifts ranging in 4-12 hours throughout the Raleigh area. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shift times and schedules vary depending on the client. What We Offer • Pay ranging from $16.00–$25.00 per hour • Weekly pay • Day and overnight night shifts • Rates based on experience and client needs • Full-time and part-time opportunities • The ability to build a schedule around your availability • Paid training • Ongoing education and professional development • Support from our office team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Caregiver Responsibilities Responsibilities vary depending on each client’s needs and may include: • Providing companionship and supervision • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs • Assisting with mobility and transfers • Preparing meals • Providing medication reminders • Performing light housekeeping • Providing transportation or assistance with errands • Monitoring clients throughout day or overnight shifts • Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent • Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or GED • Current TB test or willingness to obtain one • Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening • Dependable, compassionate, and professional • Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout a 12-hour shift • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold team • Caregiving experience is preferred • Consistent day, night, and/or weekend availability is especially helpful If you are looking for longer shifts, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and meaningful work, apply today to join the Griswold Home Care team!
