What We Offer • Pay ranging from $16.00–$25.00 per hour • Weekly pay • Rates based on experience, client needs, and shift length • Shifts ranging from 1 to 12 hours • Full-time and part-time opportunities • The ability to build a schedule around your availability • Paid training • Ongoing education and professional development • Support from our office team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week • A variety of clients and schedules throughout the area Caregiver Responsibilities Responsibilities vary depending on each client’s needs and may include: • Providing companionship and supervision • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs • Preparing meals • Providing medication reminders • Assisting with mobility and transfers • Performing light housekeeping • Providing transportation or assistance with errands • Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes • Communicating updates and concerns to the Griswold office team Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or GED • Current TB test or willingness to obtain one • Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening • Dependable, compassionate, and professional • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Griswold team • Caregiving experience is preferred • Evening and weekend availability is especially helpful If you are passionate about helping others and want a caregiving position with flexibility, ongoing support, and meaningful work, apply today to join the Griswold Home Care team!
