Job Details: Job Location: Hyatt Centric Las Olas - Fort Lauderdale, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Overview:  At Kolter Hospitality the Banquet Set-Up delivers service excellence to the Banquets team and our guests by committing to guest satisfaction and providing an exceptional experience. This position is responsible for set up, cleanliness, and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Performance Expectations: Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and complete setup accordingly. Break down of banquet space after event. Maintains a strong knowledge of various types of set-up. Check equipment and electrical hook ups for proper working order. Ensure the equipment is handled and stored safely. Keep the function room area and storage area clean and organized. Report any items in need of repair. Follow all safety procedures while working.
