Benefits: • 401k Retirement Plan • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Disability Benefits • Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Responsibilities: • Install window tint on a variety of makes and models with precision and consistency • Apply paint protection film accurately and cleanly to ensure high-quality finishes • Deliver professional, courteous service to all internal and external customers • Complete work efficiently with a focus on quality, accuracy, and first-time completion Qualifications: • 1 year of experience with PPF or window tinting preferred • Must have a strong automotive interest or background • Have and maintain a clean driving record • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment • Experience with flat glass installation is considered an asset • Basic computer skills required for documentation and workflow systems • Pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level • Performance-based bonus opportunities available Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
