As an employee, your primary responsibility would involve working on the production line to ensure smooth operations. This entails standing and lifting bags of products onto and off pallets throughout the day. It is important to note that you may frequently and repeatedly lift 50-pound bags of products and stack them on pallets.   Key Responsibilities: Operate specific equipment assigned to you by qualified personnel, such as the wrapper, palletizer, and bagging machines, based on the training provided. Maintain cleanliness in all work areas by sweeping, shoveling, and removing any trash or debris. Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines. Follow instructions and carry out tasks assigned by supervisors to contribute to the overall success of the operation.
