Pay: We offer our Direct Sales Rep a competitive base salary of $31,500-$40,000 annually, plus $175 per successful installation after your first 3 weekly installs. Our top performers regularly earn six figures or more, with additional incentives and bonus opportunities available. As our Direct Sales Rep, you'll spend your day connecting with residents in assigned neighborhoods, introducing them to Wisper ISP's internet solutions and helping them select services that fit their needs. You'll represent the company at community events and local gatherings, answer questions, guide customers through the enrollment process, maintain accurate CRM records, and create positive experiences that build lasting customer relationships while contributing to the company's continued growth. Here's what you need: • Computer literate with familiarity of in-home electronics, computers, and high-speed internet • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management • Reliable transportation • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Well organized, detail-orientated, and process driven • Ability to walk or stand for extended periods • Comfortable speaking with customers in person • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships • Dependable and eager to learn • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality • Ability to work independently and outdoors year-round • Ability to drive safely and qualify for company driving insurance after 90 days • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs • Regular and predictable attendance Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred.
