If you’ve built a career in restaurants, hotels, retail, or any customer-facing role, your people skills are exactly what we’re looking for. No automotive experience is required. We’ll teach you the rest. How you’re paid This is a 100% commission position. You earn commission on the gross profit of your vehicle sales and finance products, plus monthly and annual volume-based bonuses. To help you get started, your first eight weeks include a guaranteed minimum of $800 per week while you complete our hands-on, on-site training program. If your commissions come in higher, you earn the higher amount. If they come in lower, you still receive $800, and you never pay it back out of future commissions. Pay range: $45,000 – $115,000 per year A schedule that respects your life Car sales has a reputation for long hours. We’ve done things differently: • You work a five-day week, every week, with a scheduled day off. • Your shifts typically alternate between 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and 12 p.m.–9 p.m., so you’ll have some evenings and some mornings free every week. • Saturday shifts are 9 a.m.–5 p.m. What you’ll do • Greet and guide customers in person, by phone, and online, helping them find the right vehicle by asking good questions and listening carefully. • Learn the Honda lineup inside and out, including trims, packages, and technology, so customers can rely on you as the expert. • Give professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations. • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long-term relationships and referral business. • Work closely with your Sales Manager on goals, activity, and your professional development. What we’re looking for • Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people. • A self-starter who is eager to learn and wants to grow their income. • Availability for both shift types, including Saturdays. • A professional appearance consistent with our dress code. • A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets our insurance requirements.
