Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Punch Press Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift. What You'll Do • Load raw materials and operate punch press equipment safely and efficiently • Set up and run presses to meet production and quality standards • Perform first piece, in process, and final quality inspections • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production routings • Use measuring and inspection equipment accurately • Maintain production standards while following all safety and workmanship procedures What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 18 years old • Experience operating 30 to 100 ton open back punch single die manual presses preferred • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem solving skills • Ability to read blueprints and production drawings • Ability to utilize measuring and inspection equipment • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical job duties • Ability to pass a post offer background check, drug test, and physical Why SPIROL?
