Doug Smith Kia Lot and Car Wash Tech Doug Smith KIA is one of the leading new car dealerships in the state! We are looking to hire a Facilities Assistant to join our team. Primary Responsibilities: • Wash cars for delivery to customers • Apply paint and fabric protection to vehicles as necessary • Arrange retail and service vehicles on lot so they are displayed neatly • Maintain organization of the vehicles parked on the lot • Clean Lobby as necessary • Organize and refill refreshments and snacks in the lobby • Clean/Tidy up seating, tables, and trash in showroom or outside on the lot • Help maintain a tidy showroom environment throughout the day • Ensure Vehicles on showroom are clean and presentable • Maintain inventory fuel levels • Drive vehicles to and from vendors as needed • Fuel vehicles as needed • Apply stickers to cars when necessary Top benefits in joining our team: • Paid Training with future career growth • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance • Life and Disability Insurance • 401K with match • Paid time off and Holiday Pay for full time employees • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, accessories, labor, & services • Profit Sharing Program • Free online college program that includes books and tuition No prior experience necessary Applicant requirements: Must be 17 years of age or older Must have a valid drivers license and hold a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs or more.
