Assist Branch Managers in identifying new and existing sales opportunities. Deliver unmatched service by consistently executing the MCB PROMISE. Job Functions: Bring in new bank customers and enhance existing customer relationships by developing and executing a sales plan. The plan should include a minimum of 5 sales calls per week and have a good mix of customers, prospects, and centers of influence. Set, plan, and execute weekly sales calls on existing customers, prospects and centers of influence. Actively network in the community to build relationships that lead to referrals. Consistently meet or exceed loan, deposit, and cross selling goals. Manage and monitor your loan portfolio within the guidelines set by the Chief Credit Officer and Loan Operations Manager.
