Qualifications: • Assistant Physical Therapist in the state of Texas. • Home health experience preferred. • Knowledge of home health regulations and general healthcare compliance. • Experience with HCHB EMR (preferred). • Able to handle physical workload. • Good driving record. • Excellent communication and people skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
