Cook We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook to join our dietary team on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone who has approximately 2 mornings and 2 evenings per week available. If you are passionate about preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals that support the health and well-being of others—we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and therapeutic diet guidelines. • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with sanitation and safety standards. • Serve meals that are visually appealing and meet individual resident preferences. • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food preparation area. • Assist with food storage and inventory control. • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times. Qualifications: • Previous cooking experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus. • Valid Food Handler’s Card is required. • Ability to follow recipes, dietary requirements, and portion control standards. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
