Mercedes-Benz of White Plains is hiring a Service Dispatcher to join our team! The Dispatcher plans and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs. WHAT WE OFFER: • Medical, dental, vision • Life Insurance • 401K • Paid Time Off • Career growth RESPONSIBILITIES: • Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy. • Assign work to the correct technician skill level • Ensure that technicians follow warranty procedures • Review hard copies turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been completed properly • Ensure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection forms • Complete a dispatch log daily and turn into Service Management at end of shift • Maintain a record of carryover vehicles • Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department • Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc. • Other duties as required REQUIREMENTS: • Good organizational skills • Good time management skills • ADP/CDK CRM experience a plus • Automotive knowledge/experience needed! • Dealership Experience is required Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year About the dealership Pepe Auto Group believes our success is attributed to our employees.
