Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications • High School diploma • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance • A fast learner • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Team Player • Must have a valid driver’s license • Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean • To maintain his stall in an orderly and clean manner • Ability to identify problems quickly • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others • Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders • Basic computer skills. • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction • Personal and professional integrity Parks Ford & Hyundai Gainesville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
