In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide knowledgeable advice on Ford models, and guide them through the sales process to ensure a positive and seamless experience. Requirements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to build lasting customer relationships. • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
