Locations: Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, and San Clemente.   Purpose & Impact Support Inclusion: Provide one-on-one support to children (TK through 5th grade) with special needs in a childcare setting Be a Mentor: Guide participants through positive behavior reinforcement, social skill building, and goal achievement. Model Core Values: Demonstrate the Y’s values and a desire to serve others and fulfill community needs.   Minimum Qualifications Education: Completion of at least 12 college units or 6 units completed with current enrollment in 6 additional units. Fields of Study: Child development, psychology, sociology, education, social work, or behavioral science. Experience: 6 months of supervised experience working with children is preferred.
