As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining a clean and attractive store, and promoting our products with enthusiasm. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for food, wine, and hospitality. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain a safe, clean, and visually appealing store environment. Assist with food preparation. Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about wines, cheeses, and specialty products. Comply with all ABC and Health Department regulations. Help create and maintain product displays. Stock and organize inventory. Participate in training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement. Address challenges proactively and complete tasks with excellence.
