Job Details: Job Location: The Jefferson Hotel - RICHMOND, VA, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Gator’s Gift Shop is seeking a friendly and dependable Seasonal Gators Attendant to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role blends retail, customer service, and light food & beverage support, requiring strong multitasking skills and a positive, service-focused attitude. Required availability includes Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends and holidays. Flexibility to support evolving business needs is also expected.   Key Requirements Availability: Must be available any day of the week between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends and holidays. Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members. Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing friendly, attentive, and personalized guest service. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking, organizing, and maintaining the shop.
